Request My Ride LLC Terms & Conditions.

Use of Request My Ride LLC Website & Mobile Apps:

The following terms and conditions govern your use of the Request My Ride LLC website and our Apple Store and Google Play Mobile Apps; by using the Request My Ride LLC website and/or Mobile Apps, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use the Request My Ride LLC website or Mobile Apps.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Request My Ride LLC website and Mobile Apps. By using the Request My Ride LLC website and/or Mobile Apps and by agreeing to these terms and conditions you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

The Request My Ride LLC website and Mobile Apps use first party, third party cookies and analytics. By using the Request My Ride LLC website and/or Mobile Apps and agreeing to these terms and conditions, you consent to Request My Ride LLC use of cookies in accordance with the terms of Request My Ride LLC privacy/cookies policy.

By using the Request My Ride LLC website and/or Mobile Apps, you agree that the exclusions and limitations of liability set out in our website and Mobile Apps disclaimers are reasonable. If you do not think they are reasonable, you must not use our website and/or Mobile Apps.

General:

Payment Method: Request My Ride LLC accepts the following major credit cards as a form of payment. VISA / MASTERCARD / DISCOVERY / AMERICAN EXPRESS. All charges for Request My Ride LLC services will be billed to your credit card after the service has been provided unless ‘no-show’, ‘cancellation’ or ‘abandonment’ rules apply or are otherwise agreed prior to service being provided.

Vehicle Capacity: Request My Ride LLC Luxury Luxury Black Full Size SUV service can accommodate ua maximum of up to six passengers per reservation with space for four regular pieces of luggage. This should be borne in mind especially when requesting a ride to/from an airport. We can accommodate up to six adults with four bags for checking-in with some additional capacity for carryon items. Additionally, when considering using our services if there are service animals, pets or collapsible wheelchairs to be carried in one of our vehicles, then factor in your capacity needs before booking. Space is limited.

Request My Ride LLC will not carry bulky items such as but not limited to sport or athletic equipment such as bikes, skis, surfboards or anything that uses a combustible substance to power it.

  • NO SMOKING: Not permitted in any vehicle used by Request My Ride LLC.
  • NO ALCOHOL: Not permitted in any vehicle used by Request My Ride LLC.
  • NO SUBSTANCE ABUSE: Not permitted in any vehicle used by Request My Ride LLC.

Our Chauffeurs have the right to refuse service or to terminate service to anyone who does not comply with these three rules above.

Safety: At Request My Ride LLC we take safety very seriously and as such seatbelts are to be worn by all customers inside a Request My Ride LLC vehicle, it is the customers responsibility to ensure that you have it securely fastened as is required by law. Our Chauffeurs have the authority to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with applicable laws.

Travel with Children: When travelling with children, State law does not permit children to travel in the lap of an adult. If, at the time of travel your child/children is subject to Federal, State or Local law that requires your child(ren) be secured in a child safety seat, you as the parent, guardian or caregiver are responsible and it is your responsibility to provide the appropriate approved car seat for each child traveller as Request My Ride LLC do not provide child safety seats. Our Chauffeurs have the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with applicable laws.

Minors: For all customers of Request My Ride LLC who have not yet reached the age of 18 years, you must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of your ride. Our Chauffeurs have the right to refuse service to anyone who has not yet reached 18 years of age and is therefore not old enough to travel alone without an adult, guardian or caregiver who is.

Reservations:

Reservations in advance are essential for all rides. This is particularly important for Airport Pick- up’s as we do not ‘stage’ vehicles at airports. Our pricing does not include a Driver Gratuity of 20%, nor Tolls or Airport fees, unless specifically stated in our confirmation email to you.

Reservations are made exclusively thru our Mobile Apps, available on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Enquiries can be made via the Request My Ride LLC website or one of our Mobile Apps.

Accuracy of Information provided by the customer at the time of reservation or quotation is imperative. Request My Ride LLC is not responsible for your errors or oversight. When reserving or seeking information for future service with Request My Ride LLC the customer agrees that the information supplied will be accurate.

All reservations made with Request My Ride LLC are valid only on the date and time confirmed to you after booking. Request My Ride LLC is not responsible for customer error or oversight resulting in unused reservations or missed flights or meetings.

Reservations are considered ‘abandoned’ when the Request My Ride LLC Chauffeur cannot locate the customer at the designated pick-up location and is unable to contact the customer for further instruction using a previously supplied ‘Day of Travel’ contact number.

A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided by the customer when the booking is confirmed. It becomes the customers responsibility to check that the details are correct in the received email in advance of the reservation as it may affect our ability to provide service should it transpire that there are errors and vehicle availability cannot be guaranteed.

Wheelchair accessible vehicles/Service Animals:

In compliance with Federal regulations, Request My Ride LLC offers accessible service vehicles to customers, however, for those customers who require either a Motorized wheelchair-accessible vehicle, or a Powered Mobility Scooter accessible vehicle, transportation is provided by, and should be booked directly with our friends at Dallas Yellow Cab, you will accordingly be bound by their Terms/Conditions and Policies and not those of Request My Ride LLC.

Request My Ride LLC is committed to providing great service and welcome passengers of all abilities, including individuals who use wheelchairs or Powered Mobility Scooters and those accompanied by service animals.

All our customers, with or without disabilities are required to book ahead to ride with us. When making an accessible reservation, customers who require either a Motorized wheelchair-accessible vehicle, or a Powered Mobility Scooter accessible vehicle, should book directly with our friends at Dallas Yellow Cab, you will accordingly be bound by their Terms/Conditions and Policies and not those of Request My Ride LLC.

Service animals and collapsible wheelchairs we can handle directly, and must be mentioned when Requesting your reservation as this may limit the available space for others wishing to travel with you.

Travelling with Pets:

Request My Ride LLC welcomes pets and all require advance notification for any intention to travel with a pet at the time of requesting your quote or reservation as this may affect our ability to provide an appropriate vehicle that fits your requirements. ALL PETS, except for service animals are to be placed in kennels, supplied by the customer, for travel and must be properly secured for the duration of the service. Pets up to 20 pounds may be carried in a lap carrier. Pets weighing more than 20 pounds but less than 70 pounds should be kennelled and be placed at the back of the vehicle. Travelling pets reduce vehicle capacity for the carriage of human passengers and future customers should be mindful of pet/vehicle size when requesting your ride. Pets over 70 pounds are not accepted and owners should consider a van type transportation company such as those offered by our friends at Dallas Yellow Cab.

Rates:

For all reservations that have a scheduled pick-up time after 10pm and before 5am Request My Ride LLC will add a surcharge of $30. Additionally, there may be a surcharge in service on occasions such as seasonal and holidays so that we may create an incentive for our Chauffeurs to be available during these times. These times are New Year’s Eve / New Year’s Day / Easter Day / Memorial Day / Independence Day / Labor Day Thanksgiving / Christmas / December 26th, plus any other national holiday.

Airport Transfers – ‘Meet & Greet’ can be requested at a small extra cost which will be agreed upon at time of booking confirmation.

Point to Point – This is our ‘door to door’ service, where the Request My Ride LLC Chauffeur picks you up and then drops you off from anywhere to anywhere within our service area.

Hourly – A minimum three (3) hour in duration reservation. Booked with as much notice as possible to increase your chances of availability. Time overages on the reservation may be possible but cannot be guaranteed due to other pre-arranged obligations and vehicle availability. Any such overages of time will be billed at the original hourly rate and will be at the ‘whole hour’ rate and not less than one hour and any additional hour or part thereof will be billed at the ‘full hour’ rate.

Corporate / Social / Sporting – These ‘Requests’ fall into one of two categories and can be either a ‘point to point’ or ‘hourly’ and would be quoted and billed as such depending on your need at the time.

Airport Pick-Ups:

At the airport if you get lost in the airport terminal or do not see your Chauffeur, please call 972-207-1290.

For Domestic Flight Arrivals, your Chauffeur will wait 20 minutes after your flight landing time arrival to allow you to deplane and pick-up your luggage. IF you fail to meet up with our Chauffeur or Request My Ride LLC do not receive a call within 30 minutes of landing time, for billing purposes it will be considered a ‘no-show’ and we at Request My Ride LLC will charge the full fee for the reservation plus an additional 20% Chauffeur Gratuity.

For International Flight Arrivals, your Chauffeur will wait up to 1 hour after your flight landing time arrival to allow you to deplane, clear Immigration and Customs and to pick-up your luggage. IF you fail to meet up with our Chauffeur or Request My Ride LLC do not receive a call within 60 minutes of landing time, for billing purposes it will be considered a ‘no-show’ and we at Request My Ride LLC will charge the full fee for the reservation.

Request My Ride LLC is not liable for customer error resulting in unused reservations or missed flights. For Domestic and International Departures, it is the customers responsibility to make sure your Requested pick-up time allows you to get to the relevant Airport Terminal Check-In for your flight in accordance with all applicable Airport / Airline policies and recommendations. Request My Ride LLC takes no responsibility for you not factoring in sufficient travel time to meet these deadlines.

Additionally, Request My Ride LLC endeavours to maintain scheduled reservation pick-up times, but cannot be guaranteed. Request My Ride LLC is not liable for loss in any form due to and not limited to: delays / interruption of Service / Damages caused by Acts of God, strike, riot, authorities of law, perils of navigation, inclement weather, hazardous road conditions, accidents, mechanical failure or any other condition beyond its control.

Request My Ride LLC assumes no responsibility for loss of income or potential income nor for other losses resulting from missed personal or professional events, appointments or functions. It is the customers responsibility when attending an important event that you factor in extra time by reserving your ride for an earlier than normal time to reduce the stress and risk of tardiness.

Cancellations & Abandonment:

Cancellation of a reservation is only accepted by calling 972-207-1290 whereupon Request My Ride LLC will issue you a unique Cancellation Folio for your retention. Cancellation of a reservation will not be accepted in any other form. Cancellations are accepted with the following conditions applied: You are required to inform Request My Ride LLC with at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time to avoid charges. Failure to contact Request My Ride LLC to cancel your reservation or you fail to call and obtain your unique Cancellation Folio at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time, or in the event of reservation ‘abandonment’, Request My Ride LLC will bill and charge in full your credit card with the addition of a 10% Chauffeur Gratuity.

Request My Ride LLC will consider the failure of the customer to communicate in a timely manner with information regarding flight cancellation or delay, ‘reservation abandonment’ this will result in payment in full by the customer using the card details supplied at the time of booking, plus the addition of a 10% Chauffeur Gratuity.

General Conduct:

The person whose credit card details are on file for the reservation is ultimately responsible for all charges in the event of damages caused by customer(s) and/or their pet(s), and all related cleaning and/or repair charges incurred by Request My Ride LLC. These charges include, but are not limited to:

  • Cleaning fees due to vomiting, sickness or pet related howsoever caused - $300 each incident
  • Cleaning fees due to Alcohol spillage - $200 each incident
  • Upholstery - repair or replacement howsoever caused - $500 - $1000 each incident for repair or replacement
  • Burns – repair or replacement - $500 - $1000 each incident for repair or replacement
  • Opening one of Request My Ride LLC vehicles doors into another vehicle or stationary object - $1,500 - $2,500 or actual cost will be billed for repair or replacement PLUS a time out of service fee will be levied.

Request My Ride LLC can and will terminate a reservation without refund in full or part if Request My Ride LLC feels that the customer(s) is/are putting its Chauffeurs or any other person we employ or contract or other passengers at that time, or any vehicle used by Request My Ride LLC in any danger, real or perceived or likelihood of damage or injury. Additionally, if the customer(s) or anyone representing the customer(s) is in possession of any unlawful material and/or substances, Request My Ride LLC will terminate immediately the service and charge in full your credit card with the addition of a 20% Chauffeur Gratuity, without exception. Any and ALL fines incurred resulting from any of the above are the responsibility of, and are to be paid by the customer(s).

Personal Property:

Request My Ride LLC is not responsible for any customer(s) goods or property, irrespective of value, lost, left or damaged in any of our vehicles. All customer property brought onto or stored in a Request My Ride LLC vehicle is done so at the discretion and personal risk of their rightful owner(s) and is not the responsibility of Request My Ride LLC. Request My Ride reserves the right to charge a delivery fee for returning any items found. Charges at the applicable route reservation rate will apply plus a 20% Chauffeur Gratuity.

Changes to Confirmed Reservations:

Change requests can only be accepted by telephone on 972-207-1290 and must be requested at least 5 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. If for any reason the requested change to a confirmed reservation cannot be accepted or made and results in the cancellation of the confirmed reservation the customer will be charged and billed in full, including a 10% Chauffeur Gratuity. In the event of such cancellation the customer will be provided a unique Cancellation Folio for their retention.

Policies & Privacy:

Request My Ride LLC is committed to protecting our customers privacy. The information you provide to us is used in the process of making and confirming or otherwise your reservation or in dealing with an enquiry initiated by you. Request My Ride LLC do not sell or share your personal information.

Request My Ride LLC additionally use Google Analytics to better understand our website and Mobile App visitor’s behaviour which in turn assists us in understanding the effectiveness of our website and Mobile Apps and to aid the decision-making progress when considering upgrades and changes to better serve our customer(s).

Request My Ride LLC - Alcohol and Substance Abuse Zero Tolerance Policy:

Request My Ride LLC is a drug and alcohol-free workplace. This policy applies to all employees, contractors, and temporary workers. The use of or being under the influence of illegal drugs and/or alcohol is inconsistent with the behavior expected of employees. Substances covered under this policy include alcohol, illegal drugs, inhalants, prescription drugs, synthetic drugs and over-the-counter drugs, includes, but not limited to, inactive components or metabolites associated with the use of such drugs.

The use, possess, distribute, or offer for sale any of these controlled substances such as drugs or alcohol, being under the influence of such controlled substances (drugs and/or alcohol) or testing positive for alcohol or any drug is strictly prohibited while on duty, while on Company premises or work sites or while operating the Company’s equipment or vehicles.

We reserve the right to inspect company premises, including company vehicles, desks, lockers, storage areas, work areas, offices and other property supplied by the company. All such property is company property. Employees may not install private locks on any property supplied by the company. We reserve the right to conduct alcohol and drug tests at any time. We may terminate your employment if you violate this policy, refuse to be tested, provide false information, or fail to cooperate in a company investigation regarding drug or alcohol use.
